1. Who we are and what this covers
This policy covers the Stock AI PSX website (stockaipsx.com), its waitlist, and the Stock AI PSX app (app.stockaipsx.com). “We” means Stock AI PSX.

2. What we collect

| You verify your email | A 6-digit code is emailed to you. It expires after 10 minutes. We keep only a protected copy of it, how many times you tried it, and when it was sent. |
| Abuse prevention | The network address (IP) from which verification emails are requested, so we can limit abuse. These records are deleted after about two days. |
| You create an app account | Your name (optional), email address and password (kept only in protected form, never in readable form), whether your email is verified, your plan, and how much you use features that have fair-use limits. |
| You use the app | What you save or post in the app, such as saved stocks, preferences and community messages. Reported messages may be reviewed by moderators and by an AI-assisted tool. |

We do not ask for payment card details, brokerage logins or CNIC numbers.
3. Why we use it
- To run the waitlist and give you early access in the order and groups we decide.
- To confirm that an email address belongs to the person using it, and to count a referral only when the friend really verified.
- To send you the emails you signed up for: your verification code, a confirmation, referral milestones and updates about your access.
- To run the app, apply fair-use limits, keep the community safe and answer support requests.
- To find and fix bugs and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on the website.
4. Who helps us handle it
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the service. They handle information only on our behalf and for no other purpose. They fall into these groups:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website, the app and their data stores.
- Email delivery providers that send the messages you ask for.
- AI service providers that help produce reports and help moderators review reported community messages. We send them public market data and, for a reported message, that message and the conversation around it. We do not send your email address or password.
- Font and content delivery services: when a page loads, your browser may request fonts from a third party, which can see your IP address.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Where it is processed
Our service providers may process information in countries other than Pakistan. By using the service you accept that your information may be processed outside Pakistan. We choose providers that protect information to a reasonable standard.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not set cookies. The waitlist form uses your browser's session storage to remember a pending verification in the same tab for up to 10 minutes. The app uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as light or dark mode.
7. How long we keep it
- Sign-ups that are never verified are deleted after about one day.
- Verification send records are deleted after about two days.
- Waitlist entries are kept until early access has finished, or until you ask us to delete them.
- App accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop emailing you. Write to support@stockaipsx.com from the address you used. We will answer within a reasonable time and may need to confirm that it is you.
9. Security
Connections to our sites are encrypted, passwords are kept in protected form, and we limit how often codes can be requested and tried. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information can never be accessed by someone who should not have it.
10. Children
The service is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant we will tell waitlist members and app users by email.
