1. Agreement

By visiting stockaipsx.com, joining the waitlist or using the app at app.stockaipsx.com (together, the “Service”) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Stock AI PSX.

2. What the Service is

Stock AI PSX is an information and research tool for the Pakistan Stock Exchange. It shows market information and AI-generated analysis. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or manage portfolios.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password safe.

4. The waitlist and early access

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access, a particular place in the order, or a start date.
• Referrals count only when the person you invited verifies their own email address. We may remove duplicate, fake or abusive sign-ups and any referrals that came from them.
• We may change how access is offered, including features, limits and pricing, before and after launch.

5. How you may use it

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service by automated means, or build a competing database from it;
• resell, republish or redistribute our content or the market data shown, except for limited personal use such as saving a report for your own research;
• bypass usage limits, security measures or verification;
• use the Service to break the law, or to post spam, scams, paid “tips” or “signal groups”, harassment or attempts to manipulate prices;
• attempt to interfere with the Service or access other users' accounts.

6. Our content and AI output

The Service's design, software, text, graphics and reports are ours or our licensors'. We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own research. AI-generated analysis is produced automatically, may be wrong or out of date, and is not reviewed by a person before you see it.

7. Third-party data, names and links

Market data and other information come from the Pakistan Stock Exchange and other sources, and belong to them. “PSX”, “KSE-100” and the names of listed companies are used only to identify the market and companies we cover. They are the property of their owners. Stock AI PSX is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be interrupted, delayed or changed, and data may be late, incomplete or wrong.

9. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including trading or investment losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the Service or other people at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are for the competent courts in Pakistan.
